Yes.  A premiere is one who has acquired a certain level of certification with WAN and who desires to become a premiere coach.  Premiere coaches are those who want to take advantage of the financial opportunity the WAN may provide by making premiere coaches available to it's members.  The cost to be featured as a premiere coach is $99 annually (less than $9.00).
