Q. How can I become a WAN coach?A. Becoming a WAN coach is both easy and rewarding. WAN offers WAN certification courses that will equip you as a coach as well as position you to participate as a premiere coach in the WAN organization.
WAN prepares you to coach not only in the WAN environment but you will also excel in your workplace, family and community by implementing coaching principles as a significant addition to your leadership skills.
In order to become a coach you will attend a series of certification classes which are held at headquarters and additional training via tele-conference and webinars as well as participate in Conversations with Coach as a host coach to sharpen and practice your skills.
WAN certification classes are provided quarterly and chapter leaders are encouraged to become WAN coaches but are not required to do so.
